Brian Connor is a hospitality entrepreneur and co-founder of Raw Silk Catering-a modern luxury raw bar and caviar service based in Boston and serving greater New England. After a successful 20-year career in the fine wine industry, Brian developed a deep understanding of luxury clientele, refined taste, and the art of product storytelling. His work with world-class producers and discerning buyers shaped his belief that exceptional hospitality begins with passion, attention to detail, and providing an elevated guest experience.

Since 2009, Brian has also partnered with his wife, Mandy Connor, at Hummingbird Events & Design, producing bespoke, large-scale weddings and events rooted in personalized design and seamless execution. That foundation in high-touch hospitality is the cornerstone of every Raw Silk experience-from curated seafood selections to polished, intuitive service. Raw Silk was born from a desire to elevate raw seafood from a station to a statement, crafting sophisticated culinary moments for weddings, celebrations, and luxury events across the region.
