Raw Silk was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the actual seafood is amazing and the chef and team prepare each bite with such a perfect touch it highlights the quality of the seafood. In fact, almost everything was "one bite" and each bite was perfect. Same precision as high end omakase sushi... but wider variety. Great to have A+ quality seafood that's mobile and designed for high end parties /catering. Oysters and caviar for the win.

Cannot say enough positive things about Raw Silk! We just used Raw Silk for our holiday party- Brian is awesome and was a complete pro from start to finish. He’s easy to work with, the raw bar presentation was on point, the oysters and shrimp were absolutely delicious and the caviar belt service was above and beyond. They also left our place spotless when they left. Truly a fantastic experience! Raw Silk made our holiday gathering extra special and extra fun! We will most certainly be using them again!"

Had an incredible experience with Raw Silk! Attended a party they hosted, and everything was top-tier—from the luxurious selection of fresh, high-end caviar to the unique variety of oysters that were magical. The vibe was great as well. If you’re looking for a place that knows how to deliver on quality and ambiance, Raw Silk is it. Highly recommend!
