Most commonly: weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, office parties, team-building retreats, real estate open houses, and grand openings. We have worked in and on boats, beaches, backyards, kitchens, rooftops, lobbies, patios, living rooms, gardens, breweries, and mansions.
What services does Raw Silk offer?
We offer three signature experiences:
- Roaming Caviar — Interactive caviar service brought directly to your guests as they mingle.
- Caviar Bar — A visually striking, fully staffed caviar display that becomes a centerpiece of the room.
- Raw Bar — A beautifully presented, fully staffed raw bar.
Can I combine these services?
Yes! And we will even extend preferred pricing for doing so!

What does it cost?
Our experiences start at:
- Roaming Caviar Service: $349
- Caviar Bar, fully staffed: $2,499
- Raw Bar Experience: $1,995
Final pricing depends on your guest count, menu, and service style. We’ll help you choose the right experience and provide a personalized proposal.
Saturday events from May 1 through October 31 require a minimum booking of $2,499. Prices exclude taxes and any applicable travel charges.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope—we bring everything. Our team arrives fully self-contained with everything needed for your Raw Silk experience. No electricity, furniture, equipment, or rentals required.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you inquire so we can discuss what’s possible for your event. Fish and shellfish are central to our raw bar service, and our caviar service also includes dairy, eggs, and wheat. While many menu items are naturally gluten-free, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or fully eliminate the risk of cross-contact.
I’m a wedding planner—what do I need to know?
Our polished and professional team arrives fully self-contained with everything needed for your client’s Raw Silk experience. No rentals, electricity, furniture, equipment, kitchen, or utensils are required. We are fully insured and will provide a COI upon request. Also…we LOVE wedding planners!
I’m a caterer and my client wants a raw bar—can I hire Raw Silk?
Absolutely! Raw Silk frequently partners with catering companies throughout New England to provide turnkey caviar and raw bar service for their clients. Our team arrives fully self-contained and handles setup, service, and breakdown while working seamlessly alongside your team.
I’m a realtor. Can Raw Silk help me sell this high-end property?
We can’t promise the caviar will sell the house. But it certainly won’t hurt!
Our Roaming Caviar Service turns an ordinary broker open or open house into an experience prospective buyers and agents will remember.

How far will Raw Silk travel?
We are based in the Boston area, serve greater New England, and include travel up to 125 round-trip miles from our shop. Travel beyond 125 round-trip miles is subject to a travel charge.

Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system, so your payment information stays safe and protected.
